Gainesville State College's Theater program offers an Associate's (A.A.) degree in Theater and a certificate in Theater and Entertainment Technology. The program is integrated with The Gainesville Theater Alliance (GTA) in cooperation with Brenau University.

Courses include theater appreciation, history, acting, scene design, lighting, costume design, script writing, movement, voice, playwriting, management, and others.
