Borrowing Policy
The following groups may borrow materials from the Hosch and Oconee Libraries:
- Current GSC students, faculty and staff with a photo ID
- Community Members from the Following Groups:
- Gainesville State College alumni with an Alumni Association Card
- Laker Society members with a Laker Society Membership Card
- Summer Scholars
- Lanier Technical College students, faculty and staff with a Lanier Technical College ID
- Hall County Library patrons with a Hall County Public Library ID
- Brenau University students, faculty and staff with a Brenau University ID
- Current University System of Georgia students, faculty, and staff with a photo ID have the same privileges as GSC students

Renewals
Library materials may be renewed if they are not overdue and if there are no outstanding requests for the material. To renew items, click here.
Overdue and Lost Materials
The library does not charge overdue fines. However, if an item is lost, replacement costs and a non-refundable processing fee are charged. Overdue items and unpaid fees will block registration, transcripts, grades and library accounts.
