All courses involving any physical activity require a signed Waiver of Liability in order to participate. Please check the course description to determine whether or not the Waiver is required for your class. If it is, print and sign the Waiver of Liability and return it with your registration form or bring it with you the first night of class. You will not be able to take part in class until we have received the signed form.  No refunds will be given for failure to return the signed Waiver.

Box 1358 Gainesville, Georgia 30503	To register in person, visit our offices at 3820 Mundy Mill Road in Oakwood.  Enrollment Office Hours - Office hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Thursday and 8:00 am to 3:00 pm on Friday.
Payment for courses may be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, check, cash or company purchase order.  Payment is due at time of enrollment.  Make checks payable to Gainesville State College.  Cash payments must be made in person.
